Description:

Clickx is looking for influential Momentum Coaches to help our partners grow their agencies. Momentum Coaches will be responsible for following our 16-week process to take agencies from one goal to the next. The ideal candidate should have a track record of top performance, leadership and organizational skills, empathy, and an ability to lead various types of teams.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conducting high level conversations with agency partners
• Utilizing Clickx SCALE program to guide partners through proven processes
• Set measurable goals that include revenue and other growth metrics
• Provide best practices and straightforward guidance
• Hold agency partners accountable for their goals and success metrics
• Schedule and lead 1:1 calls twice a month

Requirements:

• Coaching certification from thelifecoachschool.com
• Natural ability to lead and inspire others
• Ability to understand financial metrics and revenue drivers within the agency scope
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Digital native with excellent technical skills to learn new tools
• Must be self motivated, tenacious, and self-starters
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using Salesforce.com/other CRM a must
• Strong relationship-development skills
